• We will be communicating all details via social media.• After everything has been finalized, I will be sending an invoice for the payment. You will be given 48 hours to fulfill the invoice or else your order will be cancelled. (This process can vary depending on the payment option)• I will provide a sketch of the commission for approval. Once it has been approved, I will immediately begin finalizing the piece. BY PURCHASING AN ITEM FROM MY SHOP, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED BELOW
- I am not responsible for packages going missing due to outside circumstances (delivery service mishandling, package was stolen, etc.). Depending on the circumstances I may issue a replacement, but this is something I cannot guarantee depending on my stock.
- I am not responsible for a package not making it to the buyer due to the buyer's failure to provide me with the information needed to deliver the package(s) (s/a customs, taxes, wrong address, etc.) If the package(s) get sent back to me due to these circumstances, the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping a second time.
- Customers from countries that have taxes/customs/fees (such as VAT) are responsible for paying for these upon arrival if applicable.
- Shipping and production time (for pre-orders) are out of my control. Multiple factors such as holidays, manufacturing mishaps, etc. can delay the entire process for weeks up to months. I will not be issuing refunds due to a prolonged period of arrival for an item.*PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items will take months to arrive. Please only place an order if you are aware of these circumstances.REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are only allowed before pre-orders close. Once they have officially closed, that means I will immediately have the items manufactured. If you decide to cancel/ask for a refund after this period, I will not be allowing them.The only other circumstance that I will allow a refund is if the item has never shown up to my own negliance (meaning I have put the wrong address on the label or anything that would cause the product not to arrive) and I no longer have that item in stock in order to replace it.ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need an address change, please notify me ASAP. Addresses may be changed up until the month the items are shipped out (which will be notified via social media). This only applies to pre-order items, regular items in store will be prepared around the time the order is placed.REPLACEMENTS
Replacements will be issued if something goes wrong during the shipping process, or the item has arrived in poor quality. However, orders that are eligible for replacements will vary depending on the circumstances of the order.PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:
I, just like many other shops, am a one-man team! Things may become delayed due to my own scheduling conflict and it will take time for me to pack orders to send out in batches. Please be mindful of this before reaching out to me regarding the arrival of your package. I actively be updating you if drastic delays occur.
